We are looking for a Senior Automation Developer to help us bring Agile technical practices into our clients, with a focus on test automation, deployment automation, BDD, TDD and release automation in a multi-platform integration environment.
Responsible for designing and developing integration technologies working on a variety of projects requiring system integrations to set up API gateways and other digital transformation solutions.
This is a contract role that may transition to a full time role if that makes sense for both parties. As we move into this hybrid work environment, travel to provide services at the client’s location is required as well as remote work.
We are looking for experienced Agile Consultants to assist our clients in their Agile Transformation journey.
You will have a recognized Agile leadership style – you lead by example, role model behaviours, redirect command and control tendencies in clients, and value the ideas and opinions of others. Ability to guide leaders and practitioners in fostering a learning and adaptive environment is a must.
Working directly with Innovel’s international clients, you will play a key role in helping them with their Agile transformation. Our clients range across industries including private and public companies, government, financial services, software development, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and others.
