In person business shifted immediately and dramatically to online formats in March 2020, and Scrum training courses were no exception. Learn the best strategies for online learning methods.
Innovel’s two-day open-enrolment Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) course is for all IT and non-IT product managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, business analysts and other business professionals with a stake in organizational transformation. A product owner decides what the team will create next in order to deliver more value to the customer.
This course is designed for those seeking concrete tools to improve stability and scalability of projects within their organizations while enhancing their tangible career skills.
Innovel’s carefully curated class structure allows everyone to benefit from this CSPO course. Whether you are already familiar with Scrum or new to Scrum concepts, you will gain an applied understanding of how to work with a Scrum team to take a product from idea to implementation.
You will learn the framework, principles, and values that make Scrum work, plus key skills and tools you need to be effective. You will discover how to juggle multiple stakeholders’ needs, get hands-on practice creating a product vision, and learn new ways to know what to bring to market.

We have many ways you can save on Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner training:
If you have a small group (less than 10) you can register in our public Scrum training courses:
If you have a larger group (10 or more) we will be happy to provide information to you for a private training option. Contact sales@innovel.net and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Examples: Participants collaborate on a shared Miro virtual whiteboard with face to face conversation in Zoom breakout rooms. This is a highly effective, fun, engaging virtual equivalent of “working around a table” in an in-person course.
We do everything we can to ensure our courses are guaranteed to run. In fact, we rarely are required to cancel a course. However, very occasionally it can happen. On the rare instance that we must cancel a course you have registered and paid for, you will receive advance notice. We will offer you a seat in the next best course that works for you. If there is no option that satisfies you, we will provide a full refund.
No refund is available should you wish to cancel your course registration at any point after registration.
PRIOR TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR COURSE:
If you cannot attend your course and notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your course date, we are happy to transfer your registration to another date, with no penalty. You may transfer to another date, another person, or another person on another date.
WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF YOUR COURSE DATE:
Should you find yourself unable to attend your course date within 2 weeks of the class start, we recommend you transfer your seat to another person, on the same date, at no additional charge. Should another person be unable to take your seat, we will provide a 50% credit towards a future course. You will be required to pay again with a 50% discount.
Contact us to make arrangements as stated above, or with any questions or concerns if your situation doesn’t align with these policies, at info@innovel.net. We may make exceptions to this policy for urgent family or medical matters.
Yes. Innovel training programs have very high satisfaction results. Our students and their companies are consistently pleased with the value we provide. Our Innovel team is trained to help adult learners retain more and enjoy their time in our programs.
However, we don’t take our great reputation for granted. We believe in life long learning and there is always room for improvement. So, if you attend a training and we don’t completely meet your expectations, simply let us know.
We’ll work hard with you or your team to bridge any training gaps and ensure your satisfaction.
What we do guarantee is our Certified Scrum Training workshops will be an engaging experience that will give you the knowledge and confidence to start implementing Scrum and Agile in your organization.
The Scrum Alliance requires you to gain 16-hours of participation within a classroom training to be qualified for Certification. This is confirmed by the Certified Scrum Trainer who determines if you meet this criteria. If extraordinary circumstances require you to miss a few hours of training, take-home assignments can be provided. This must be arranged and approved in advance with the trainer. If you miss significant portions of a course, you will not be able to be Certified. You will need to re-register (and pay in full) to attend again in the future.
Yes! Innovel offers an extensive suite of Agile and Scrum coaching, consulting, and training options designed to help you with a portion of, or complete, Agile transition for your team or organization.
